An experienced, compliance-driven quality professional, microbiologist and MBA with over 14 plus years of progressive experience and a proven record of significant and successful contribution in Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I bring a unique skill set having managed a startup serving the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and managed multiple Quality function teams bringing a balanced strategic perspective with the quality risk awareness necessary to drive cGMP organisations forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My experience includes; having set up, managed and implemented lean lab solutions for global sites of excellence in QC Microbiology, managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams and responsibility for the creation of the site quality systems in line with cGMP.  I have sat on the executive committee managing a multi-million-pound budget and have been responsible for the leading of regulatory audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am passionate about setting up engaged teams through a focus on personal and technical development and mentoring to ensure a cohesive, dedicated and productive Quality group. I joined the PHSS as a member of the management committee to provide a platform from which I can continue to give back to the industry and to maintain involvement at the forefront of regulatory developments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
